Modular homes, or systems built homes, are stick built homes in a climate-controlled factory under ideal working conditions, using precision equipment. The materials are ordered in bulk, leveraging our purchasing power to our customers. Once the home is delivered to job site, it is only a short period of time before the homeowner can move in.
Modular homes are better built and actually “over built”. The quality control in the factory allows for frequent quality control checks that would otherwise be impossible in onsite construction. Also, they are over built to survive the structural stresses from transportation and lifting by a crane.
There will be no way to tell that you have a modular home, as only a very trained eye would know what to look for. You have probably already been in many homes, banks, or office buildings that you would never know were modular.
No need to worry about not getting exactly what you want, as these homes are very easy to customize, and we will help you every step of the way.
